Make sure you are at the Monongahela Incline. There are two inclines to Mt. Washington: if you are at the other one (the Duquesne Incline), you are at the wrong place and will miss the tour. Wait at the spot indicated on the picture here -- don't go wandering away to look for the tour guide; don't ride up the Incline without your tour guide's approval; don't panic because you don't see a "Haunted Pittsburgh" sign near the Incline -- this is a public incline (like a bus stop), not a Haunted Pittsburgh venue. JUST WAIT THERE!
